A coach is a certified professional who is specialized in getting you to where you want to be, both in your career and in your private life.
A unique offer for you as a MAG employee:
In partnership with MAG, we have created a coaching license where you during 3 months work together with a coach of your own choice, to help you reach your full potential. Our coaches are specialized in helping you achieve your goals, and together you dentify your current situation and what you need in order to get to your desired state of being. In the Zebrain platform, you get customized exercises that support your development and you track and measure your progress continuously.
This is for you who want to increase your self-insight, get to know yourself in depth and develop your self-leadership, which is your ability to take yourself where you want to be. You will learn to build your inner motivation and get valuable tools to increase your engagement, well-being and goal fulfilment.
An Optimize license includes a meeting with your coach every two weeks and access to Zebrain's platform, so that you can develop whenever and from wherever, at the time and pace that suits you. Our start-up offer is a package of 3 months, so that you can get the most out of the collaboration with your coach.
